These 4 programs are taken in order as each program builds upon the previous.   

You will finish the MindSize Coach Certification Program with your own robust, industrial-strength mindfulness practice, as well as the tools, techniques, knowledge and curriculum to teach athletes of all levels the game-changing mindset skills that MindSize provides.
Step 1 of 4
The 8-week, online MindSize home-study program is an in-depth exploration and practice of Concentration, Clarity & Coolness for athletes.  

Each week for 8 weeks, you'll learn new mindset techniques &  strategies - and how to integrate them into training and competition settings as you put them into action for yourself.
Your 8-Week MindSize Training Includes:
  • Week 1 - Introduction to MindSize
In the introduction to MindSize, you focus on becoming aware of the most critical skills for peak performance and how to realize when you're using them.

The Three Critical Skills:
Concentration - ability to focus on what you choose at any given time.
Clarity - ability to track and explore what you’re experiencing in real time.
Coolness - ability to allow experience to come and go, without any push or pull.
  • Week 2 - Restful States
Now that you know how to harness your three critical skills of mental performance, it’s time to focus those tools on helping you relax when you find yourself in times of mental, physical, or emotional intensity.

Here you discover how to conserve your energy so you can handle discomfort longer, how to refocus your attention to better handle intense physical pain, and how to restore your energy, right in the moment, to bring on that second wind.
  • Week 3 - See Hear Good
Use your mind to See and Hear positive outcomes to psych yourself up for peak performance or rehearse sport specific strategies.

Just like the classic example of visualizing yourself making a free throw or crossing the finish line, here you learn a way to both see and hear the end result in a way that strengthens your mindset skills at the same time. This takes a familiar mindset training method to the next level.
  • Week 4 - Mindset Training Day
Discover how to apply these techniques and use them to practice at any point during the day without taking any time away from what you’re already doing. In fact, spot applications of your mindset skills actually increase your chances of acting effectively in any situation.
  • Week 5 - Focus Options & Strategies
Learn Sport Specific techniques for competition, to manage pain, fatigue, pressure, stress, opponents, fans, coaches, and more. This is where you learn the specific practices you can use during competition to stay focused and in a rhythm. 
  • Week 6 - Feel Flow
There’s nothing like that runner’s high or the endorphin rush at the end of a workout. What if you didn’t have to wait for those moments to experience that incredible buzz of energy?

On the day of a game or event, you want to make sure you’re at your peak mental and physical level. That means your attention is fully focused, you’re able to adapt and rebound on the fly, you skillfully conserve energy and manage fatigue, and you have clarity of purpose, confidence and ease. 

This is what it’s all for: Preparing yourself for peak performance during competition, when all eyes are on you.
  • Week 8  - Rhythm of Practice & Wrap Up
Like with any sport, practice makes perfect. 

It’s essential that you remain CONSISTENT so the skills you're developing continue to expand and impact all aspects of your life. You learn how to stay consistent and you learn about your next steps for continuing your training. 
You'll finish this training able to create a personalized pre-competition, in-competition and post-competition plan, customized for you and your personal strengths and goals.
Step 2 of 4
The 30-hour, online and self-paced Foundations training is a comprehensive program in which you'll learn how to teach MindSize's signature technique to both individuals and groups by mastering 10 Key teaching elements.

This will be your first deep-dive into the interactive and highly flexible MindSize framework.

You'll develop your own mindset skills through practice, and though guiding others in the technique.

Step 3 of 4
Pathways is the pinnacle of the Unified Mindfulness teacher training programs.  

This live-via-video-conference training is actually two programs in one.

During your first 12 weeks of Pathways, you will work directly with senior UM coaches and your fellow students in live online, virtual classrooms for classes and instruction.

This is followed by an 8-week practicum in which you'll teach your own class with the direct support of your instructors.

In other words, you'll finish the 12-week training with not only the confidence and an exact plan to teach your own 8-week class, but you'll also put that plan into action and teach your class with the continued support of senior UM coaches. 

You can also use the practicum to receive support in integrating UM into any existing coaching programs you've already developed on your own.

You will finish the Pathways program with all the tools, course materials, confidence and support to teach your own 8-week mindfulness class (in fact, you WILL teach your own 8-week class to conclude Pathways).
And upon successful completion of the Pathways program, you will receive the designation of Unified Mindfulness Coach. 
Step 4 of 4
The final step in your MindSize Coach certification training is the live-via-video-conference,  half-day workshop led exclusively by Christian Straka and Julianna Raye. 

This final workshop is the last step in integrating all you've learned throughout the MindSize certification process into a robust and highly effective training program for the athletes you coach and train.

Upon successful completion of the workshop, you will graduate the program with the designation MindSize™ Coach.

The MindSize Coach  Certification Process
To become a fully-certified MindSize Coach, you must complete all 4 training programs in the certification track, complete all course quizzes with a minimum of 70% correct, and successfully lead an 8-week practicum.

Newly certified coaches will receive the official dual-designation of Unified Mindfulness™ Coach and MindSize™ Coach.

Certified MindSize Coaches will be featured as accredited coaches on the MindSize website with your bio, branding and links to your own website (if applicable).  You are also free to use the MindSize logos and coach branding in your online and offline promotion.

Mindsize Coaches will be trained to deliver a research supported practice to help athletes navigate challenges and opportunities to improve and deepen their mindset skills for peak performance.
